I went to college to get a degree in theater and spent years working as a stage manager, set designer, actor, and more. As college concluded, I discovered a passion for game design that I developed in grad school. Just as I finished my MFA, I signed Peter Panic with Adult Swim Games. After the launch of Peter Panic: Act 2, I began working at Double Fine Productions as a designer, where I recently finished up Psychonauts 2 and began work on a weird new game.
Despite enjoying all kinds of games, my design interest doesn't typically lie in competition or violence. My favorite games have always been the ones that make me feel some sort of strong emotion - whether it’s the spine-tinglies of a horror game, the warm comfort of Earthbound, or the brutal, hard-won meditation of playing Dark Souls for the fifteenth time.
